It is being given to understand that few members and centre heads of AIITA is unauthorized using AIITA’s registration number and registered Logo in their leaflets, pamphlets, websites etc. without taking prior permission from the undersigned. 

 

 

 

It is hereby once again clarified that the membership and franchise is given to them directly at their personal level.  The members and centre heads are neither authorized to give or sale the franchise nor can they issue the certificates and diploma directly.  In case, if anybody applies for membership or franchise ship, they should forward the same to the undersigned for our approval.  Similarly, they should not issue the certificates and diplomas to the students directly.

Please note, that this Association is registered under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India and our work is related to the Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Govt. of India.  Only the undersigned has full right to offer and sale the franchise and issue the diplomas and certificates.  A member or centre head cannot give franchise or issue the diploma certificates.

Under the circumstances, as stated above, all the members and centre heads are requested to stop the unlawful use and mention of the registration number and Logo of the AIITA. They should only keep the membership or centre to run for computer education purpose only and to renew it every year positively.  However, they can use a single Logo of the All India IT Association (AIITA.)
